Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized to act for the business and stores you connect. You are responsible for account security, authorized users, and the accuracy of configuration you provide. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to access another workspace, merchant, or system without permission.
The service
Panoverse connects merchant-authorized data sources and provides operational analytics and workflows. Features may change as the service develops. You retain ownership of your business data and authorize Panoverse to process it only as needed to provide, protect, and support the service.
Third-party services
Connected services such as Shopify are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining valid permissions and complying with those terms. Panoverse is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or actions of third-party services outside our control.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, misuse data, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use Panoverse to violate law or another person's rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Business outputs should be reviewed in context before action is taken. To the extent permitted by law, Panoverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Ending use
You may stop using Panoverse and uninstall the Shopify app at any time. We may end access for material breach, security risk, or legal necessity. Data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
