POLICY / PRIVACY

Privacy policy

This policy explains how Panoverse handles information when a merchant connects a Shopify store or uses the Panoverse intelligence platform.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Information we process

With a merchant's authorization, Panoverse reads store identity, products, orders, revenue, refunds, tax, shipping, discounts, order status, attribution parameters, and pseudonymous customer identifiers and aggregate purchase metrics from Shopify. We also process account, workspace, configuration, support, security, and service-usage information supplied by merchants and authorized users.

Panoverse does not request or retain shoppers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, or street addresses. Panoverse does not install tracking code or cookies on a merchant's storefront.

How we use information

We use the information to authenticate users, connect merchant-authorized services, synchronize operational records, calculate deterministic business metrics, provide analytics and workflows, maintain security and reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell merchant or customer data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, observability, and other essential platform operations. These providers may process information in countries where they operate. We limit access to what is needed to provide and secure the service and require appropriate confidentiality and data-protection commitments.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while the connected workspace is active and for only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We process Shopify's mandatory customer data request, customer redaction, and shop redaction webhooks. When Shopify sends an applicable deletion request, we remove the corresponding data from active systems subject to legally required retention.

Your choices

Merchants can disconnect Shopify from Panoverse or uninstall the app from Shopify Admin. Merchants and authorized users can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Shopify customers should first contact the merchant whose store they used; we assist merchants with valid requests as their service provider.
